    Frequently Asked Questions

    Are these seeds non hybrid?

    Non of the seeds germinated!

is it better to sow the seeds in the soil outdoors before the last frost date so that they are "cold stratified"?

Ours do best if we soak them prior to planting and start them in our little greenhouse. If we start outdoors they get eaten by critters. We have never tried planting in place before the frost.

how many square feet will 500 of these cover if are tilling up soil & then spreading them out with a garden rake? is best to wait till spring?

I do not know, sorry. I bought a LOT of seeds, Nothing.............

is it better to sow the seeds in the soil outdoors before the last frost date so that they are "cold stratified"?

I have planted the seeds both ways and found they do better to start indoors or in a greenhouse. However, as soon as they are about a 1/4 inch tall, plant them outdoors.
