This plant is sold as a single plant (cutting). Cuttings is one of the easiest and most used methods of propagation. Many plants will root from just a section of a plant. Cuttings will develop a better root system when rooted in a soilless potting mix.We have posted a second picture of this plants and it should be ready for viewing.
Hi Lillian, This plant is meant for tropical temperatures. The hardiness zone is from 8-11 and it appears Washington State is outside of this zone range. Usually, these plants thrive in water with a minimum temperature of 75 degrees. Thank you, The Fan Team
I researched this plant and they can be planted or left floating. I had them floating for awhile and now have them planted. I really see no difference.
