I was previously able to get around this and pay ~$40 plus $30 something for shipping to CA. I want to buy a third and am hitting the same problem. The work around is to Google Balconera 80 and get it from Walmart or Hayneedle.

Is this planter watertight for indoors?
Yes, but there is a plug hole option at the bottom, so if there were any leak it would be at the plug hole which is an optional plug that is removal if you wish to drain it from the bottom. Other than that it is watertight.
can this be wall wounted - how?
This planter can be wall mounted by purchasing the accessory "Balconera" Brackets. B005KLJ2EO White Brackets or B003E4Y5K0 Black Brackets. The brackets are designed to be used either for wall-mounting or hanging on a railing. You also need to purchase the appropriate fastener/anchor for your type of wall from your local hardware store.
Does this planter come with the brackets or hangers to attach it to a balcony railing?
