What is one thing you would improve in this mobile cart?
So far I don't see anything to improve - check back in a year or so and if the stainless steel is still stainless then it's perfect!

Is there a recommended cover for the Unity XL?
Old question, but hopefully i can help others. i bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0752GJTF1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for my flat top, but then got a hard cover for it. Wasn't sure what to do with it, and then got the Unity XL, and it fit like it was made for it!

Where are the instructions to put together? Nothing in box.
I did not receive any instructions. Instead I had to hunt down some from the Internet which proved to be mostly unhelpful. Then I found a video on YouTube which provided some insight on how to assemble it but I found the whole process very distressing and it took way too long to put it together finally

Has anyone put something in it to create a second shelf?
I have added a chrome shelf from The Container Store. I purchased the 14" x 36" InterMetro Wire Shelf (https://www.containerstore.com/s/shelving/intermetro/14-intermetro-wire-shelves/12d?productId=11003762). It can be put in the cabinet after it has been assembled. I purchased a 4-pack of Commercial Chrome Wire Shelf Shelving Posts 14" - 4 Posts Sold by: Misora, from Amazon.com allowing for a shelf height of 10" (works for me, but it can be adjusted from 1" to 14" with this post pack.
