What is the difference between the eden and the Solana bench??
The difference is the lid. For the Solana, it's manufacture with a new material compound, it stronger with core and wood look design.
How much weight can the storage area hold? All it says is 70 gallon capacity, I need to know the storage weight limit.
The base is a very hard “cardboard like” material. It is made for light weight items for sure. I don’t know the official weight limit. This was obviously made for like patio cushions more so items like bricks.
Is the storage area completely sealed? I need to at least try to keep bugs & water out of it
If you get a driving rain you may have to dry out the contents. The lid blows open pretty easily if not locked or weighted down. It does come with a lock set up but we chose not to install it since we figured the kids would end up cutting the backs of their legs on it! Plus we couldn't see the need to lock anything up in it. Overall it is a pretty nice bench, just wish it was 100% water proof..... But I have yet to find one that is.

It’s a great color of dark brown- nothing weird or odd- just dark brown
