Frequently Asked Questions:
The picture shows a smooth tread tire but the description states that the tire is knobby. Which is it?
The description is incorrect and should be changed. My wheelbarrow also came with ribbed tires, as shown in the photo, NOT with knobby tires.
Is it hard to put together? I have arthritis in hands. Thanks
It's not difficult to put together. It took me about half an hour. But depending on the severity of your arthritis, it may be too much. You do need to be able to use hand tools to tighten nuts, etc.
What size box does this ship in?
The tub and handles were not in a box, the hardware and wheel were in a box about 14" x 26" x 6"... Tub had about 4 shipping stickers stuck in it...
Home Depot has one cheaper but the steel is thinner, is this the heavier gauge steel or cheaper thinner one?
I had bought a cheaper one that is thinner, it did not last long. I have had the Jackson for over a year and it is much thicker steel, the paint is really tough, I have been using the Jackson for hauling gravel and dirt and the paint has not worn through. I am very happy with the purchase.
