Gardzen Leaf Bag - Large Yard Dustpan

Gardzen Leaf Bag - Large Yard Dustpan

Description

I recently purchased the Gardzen Large Yard Dustpan-Type Garden Bag for collecting leaves, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations.

The bag is made of heavy-duty fabric, with a durable Polypropylene woven fabric and a water-repellent PE coating. This makes it both water-resistant and tear-resistant, ensuring its longevity. However, it is recommended not to leave the bag in the sun for extended periods of time.

With the purchase, you receive two large yard dustpan-type garden bags, each with a maximum capacity of 53 gallons. Additionally, a pair of gardening gloves is included. Each bag can withstand a maximum weight of 110lbs, making them perfect for larger clean-up tasks.

One feature that sets this bag apart is its multifunctionality. It is designed to look like a dustpan, making it incredibly convenient for sweeping up debris. The bag's innovative design saves time and effort when collecting leaves and other garden waste.

The Gardzen Large Yard Dustpan-Type Garden Bag is also great for quick sweep-ups and serves as a practical recycling receptacle. The versatility of this bag makes it an excellent addition to any garden or yard maintenance routine.

What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer support provided by Gardzen. They take responsibility for their products and offer excellent assistance. If you have any questions or concerns, their support team will promptly address them within 24 hours.

Now, let's move on to some frequently asked questions:

The top of the bag does not close for transport to the compost site. However, you don't need to worry about the leaves falling out unless you overfill it. These bags are quite large and can become heavy if overfilled. There is a wire inside a casing around the entire top, which allows the bags to stand open for easy raking. The bag has a strap near the top for lifting and carrying it upright. Additionally, a strap near the bottom facilitates tipping the bag to empty its contents. I have been using these bags for two years now, and they have made the task of corralling and composting leaves from my mature forest trees much faster and easier on my 1/3 acre property.

The bag's opening is quite large, so it cannot accommodate a 30-gallon plastic bag. However, you can always use a plastic bag placed in a garbage can and pour the leaves into the bag in that way. The bags themselves are made of lightweight material with a wire rim around the front opening, providing structure and stability. I personally own three sets of these bags and find them highly efficient.

If you are having trouble refolding the bags, there is a helpful video available. If you click on "buy again" and browse through all the pictures of the bags, you will find a short video demonstrating the proper way to refold them.

To refold the bag once it is opened, simply reverse the way it opens and secure it with a binder clip. This ensures compact storage and easy reuse in the future.

In conclusion, the Gardzen Large Yard Dustpan-Type Garden Bag is a reliable and versatile product for collecting leaves and other garden waste. Its heavy-duty fabric, convenient design, and excellent customer support make it a worthwhile investment for any gardener or homeowner. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the top close for transport to the composite site?

The top does not close, but the leaves do not fall out unless you overfill it. These bags are quite large so overfilling them will make them heavy. Wire is inside a casing around the entire top, and that is what makes the bags stand open for raking into. There is a strap near the top for lifting and carrying the bag upright. The strap near the bottom facilitates 'tipping' the bag to dump the contents. I have used mine for 2 years now and am SO PLEASED with them. They make MUCH faster work of corralling and composting leaves from my 23 very mature forest trees on my 1/3 acre property.

Can u put a plastic bag inside to bag leaves ?

The opening is quite large & you cannot fit a 30 gallon plastic bage inside. I tried. I did not want to put out the money for contractor bags as I really feel that they would not work either. You could always put a plastic bag in a garbage can and pour the leaves into the bag that way. The material on these bags is light & there is a wire rim around the front opening. I think I have 3 sets now. I just keep filling them. I really like them.

I cannot get these bags refolded. Is there a diagram I can follow? Or does anyone have any helpful instructions?
