Can it work on grass? I have little clumps of grass where grass shouldn't be amongst the weeds.

It will work for small patches of grass as long as you can get it down to the roots. We get small patches of grass in our flower bed, and I have used it to dig out the weeds and the grass, both.

I thought the first highlighted item could be used by tall as shown in images.

It is long-handled, but I would say an average size 5'7" to 6'+ person will still have to bend a little. It's better than the short ones, though.

Is the stir up sharpened or dull?

I would describe it as somewhere in between a sharpened edge and dull. I can run my fingers along it without getting hurt (cut), but when you apply pressure to the hard ground with the tool, it’s going to “dig in”.

Can this tool be used for weeding in pea gravel?

We haven’t found a good way to use this tool. We did try it on pea gravel with maple seedlings but ended up not using it.
