This is a terrible product I wouldn't buy it; it's made very cheaply and in no way is it waterproof, for that matter, I doubt that it would support much weight at all.
The enclosed cabinet should easily fit a typical 5-gallon bucket, like a paint bucket. The interior dimensions are about 14 (depth) by 15 (width) by 22 (height).
Dimensions with cabinet: 44W x 18D x 49W. Without cabinet: 46W x 17.8D x 47.6H. Not sure why the difference in size, I imagine it's in the neighborhood. Sorry I can't get to mine right now so I took these measurements off the product description.
