At the top, where all 3 chains come together, can they be adjusted so they have a loop hole instead of a hanger? To avoid it from falling out

The 3 chains loop into the bottom of an S. hook which could be removed I suppose and you could then attach them to a circular metal loop. The individual links are probably too small to hook over anything else on their own..
